Custom Made Quality is a manufacturer of Revolo watches, where consumers can fully customize their watch, both online and through a dealer. The company also produces watches for B2B customers and other brands. All parts, such as the case, bezel, dial and movements, are manufactured especially for Revolo by specialized companies. Development, assembly and service take place in Revolo’s own workshop, where consumers can create more than 10 billion unique combinations.
About the Maker
Ron Weststrate, the founder of Revolo, started his career in the graphics sector after studying commercial economics in Amsterdam. His passion for building eventually led him to the watchmaking world, inspired by his regular visits to the Swiss Jura. What started as an import company of Swiss watches grew into the production of custom-made Revolo watches in Amsterdam.
Production Process
The production process at Revolo is careful and of high quality. The watches, often purchased as a souvenir of special occasions, are made of 316L stainless steel, equipped with scratch-free sapphire glass and are water resistant to 10 ATM. When ordering, the parts are collected, after which the watch is manually assembled, tested and engraved before being shipped.
Sustainability
Sustainability is central to Revolo. The watches are timeless and of high quality, so they are not easily thrown away. The durable components, such as the stainless steel and scratch-free glass, are recyclable. Revolo only produces watches to order and offers automatic movements without batteries. The company aims to expand its dealer network in Europe and ultimately operate worldwide.
